Southwick Police Marine Patrol

The Southwick Police Department Marine Patrol can be seen on the Congamond Lakes most weekends throughout the warmer months as well as a few selected weekdays. The duties and goals of the Marine Patrol is to provide a safe and enjoyable family atmosphere to the citizens of Southwick and to all the visitors who travel here to Southwick to enjoy the waters of Lake Congamond. 

Recreational Vehicle Patrol

The Southwick Police Department also maintains a Recreational Vehicle Patrol. The Police department operates two department quads that allows us to reach remote areas of town that otherwise could not be accessed by regular cruisers and or emergency vehicles. 

The ATV’s have enhanced the department’s ability to effectively patrol the wooded areas throughout the Town of Southwick and other remote areas of such as the Rail Trail as well as areas around the lakes.
