Any and all evidence/property to be released will be by appointment ONLY!

To request property /evidence pickup, please leave a detailed message to include your name, contact information, case number (if available), and someone will return your call within 3-5 business days.

If exigent circumstances exist, please call 413-569-5348, request to speak to the Shift Sergeant / Shift Commander. 

Any evidence/property related to a criminal case will require an Evidence Disposal Form signed by the District Attorney’s Office prior to being released.
