The members of the Southwick Police Association have rallied in an effort to organize a fundraiser for a family who lost their belongings in a Mother’s Day fire on Feeding Hills Road here in the Town of Southwick. As we know, Mother’s Day should be a happy event that brings pleasant memories for the years to come. That will not be the case for the young mother of this household, who happens to be Caissy Cross-Price, the daughter of Retired Sergeant Rick Cross. The family of 5 have been displaced from their home as a result of this unfortunate fire so the members of the Police Association are hoping that the revenues from the fundraiser will assist the family in rebuilding their lives.
The Association appreciates any support that the community can provide.
